I have been on a journey of personal growth and healing since high school.  My interest in nutrition and health started around that time as well.  Since then, I have learned a lot through life experiences and mentors, as well as more traditional training programs.  Walking through various losses has given me an intimate look at complicated grief, as well as helped me appreciate the ordinary, and each day we are given.  More recently, we’ve navigated the diagnosis of our daughter with Type I diabetes and the challenges of managing a chronic disease.  My hope is to offer encouragement and support to others on similar journeys, to facilitate learning and growth as they navigate adversity and learn to thrive.

Currently, I practice out of my home office in the little hamlet of Keezletown. I live with my husband, four-year old daughter, several goats, and a cat that adopted us.  My love of learning is largely what energizes me and continues to motivate me on my own journey.  I am nourished by deep conversations and time in nature, and look forward to potentially sharing in both of those with new and returning clients.
